Hey, we’re Aimee & Holly. We are sisters, Reformer instructors and the duo behind Sonny.

After teaching across different studios, we knew exactly the kind of place we wanted to create: somewhere that felt relaxed, welcoming as soon as you walked in the door, and fun to be a part of.

So, we brought reformer Pilates home to Larkhall and created Sonny Studios.

Since then, Sonny has grown into a team of instructors, each with their own personality and way of teaching. Different styles and classes to keep it interesting!

Whether it’s your first time on a reformer or it’s already your favourite place to be, we want Sonny to feel welcoming, fun and somewhere you look forward to coming back to.
