Hey, Aimee & Holly here! We are sisters and Reformer Pilates instructors who share a love for movement, good energy, and helping people feel their best.

After teaching in studios across the area over the past year, we decided to bring our passion home and create a space of our own here in Larkhall, Sonny Studios.

Our studio is all about fun, feel good Reformer sessions with a sunny, uplifting vibe. Each day, we have an amazing team of instructors bringing their own style to keep things fresh and exciting, so no two classes ever feel the same.
