You can book through this website, but classes are easier to manage through the Sonny Studios app. Simply download, create an account, and book into any class that suits you.

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first class. Studio doors are locked once class starts, so please be on time.

For safety and to avoid disruption, we may not be able to let you into class once it has started.

All classes are 45 mins long.

Of course! You can book into classes together. Find the class you want in the Sonny Studios app, tap ‘book’ then Bring a friend.

Yes! If a class is full, you can join the waitlist via the app. If a space becomes available, you’ll automatically be added and notified.

You’ll be automatically booked into the class and notified. Standard cancellation policy still applies, so make sure you can attend before joining.

Yes, everything can be managed through the app 🤍
You can book and cancel anytime, and get your credit back within the allowed window.

If it’s more than 12 hours before, you can cancel via the app and your credit will be returned. Within 12 hours, the credit will be lost.

If you’re new, we recommend starting with a Beginner class 🤍
From there, you can move into our regular sessions when you feel ready.

Grip socks help prevent slipping and keep the studio hygienic and safe.

1:2s are £65.

Yes! We offer 1:2 sessions, perfect for friends, family or partners.
If you are bringing someone with you please notify us. There is an additional charge (1:1s are £45, 1:2s are £65)

We guide you through everything at your own pace.

Yes — private sessions allow us to fully tailor the session to your needs and provide more support.
Please give us a heads up on any conditions or injuries you have so we can prepare.

Private sessions are 45 minutes long. We book out 1 hr to give you time to settle in and discuss your goals.

Cancellations within 12 hours will result in loss of that session.
Private (1:1) Sessions

Your credits reset on your billing date each month, not the 1st of the month.

Your billing date is the day you signed up, and is recurring on that date each month.
You can view this in your app by taping your profile icon in the top left corner, then membership details.

Yes! You can purchase additional credit packs anytime via the app.

Yes! just get in touch and we’ll help you switch to a different option.

Simply message us and we can arrange a pause for you 🤍
(Please note this must be done in advance of your billing date.)

Memberships have a minimum term (e.g. 3 months).
After that, they can be cancelled with 7 days notice before your next billing date.

Unused classes do not roll over and will expire at the end of your cycle.

Credit packs are valid for 3 months, giving you more flexibility.

Our beginner classes are designed exactly for that. We guide you through everything step by step.

This is completely normal! Most of our clients felt the same before their first class.
We’ll look after you and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in.

Once you feel confident, you’re welcome to join any of our regular sessions.

It supports your body while helping you build strength, control and stability.
